Although formally incorporated in 2009, KWR Construction, Inc. has to date completed more than $180M in construction projects most of which have been design/build. KWR has developed a strong record - refined by over a decade + of experience - of being able to deploy workers for a wide variety of construction projects over a large geographic area. Our experience over the past 12+ years managing Sole Source, Basic Order Agreement (BOA), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC), Performance Oriented Construction Activity (POCA), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), and IDIQ contracts well equips us to manage any project. We currently manage IDIQ contracts with the Los Angeles U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with task orders currently at Ft. Huachuca, Yuma Proving Grounds, and Davis Monthan AFB.
We manage MACC contracts with Davis-Monthan and Luke Air Force Bases and Ft. Huachuca with projects currently in progress at all three bases. Our MATOC contract with the National Park Service (NPS) covers their Intermountain Region including Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma. Our current NPS projects are located at the North and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park, Saguaro National Park, Organ Pipe National Monument, Wupatki National Monument and Tumacacori National Historical Park.
Our successful management of these and other contracts demonstrates our understanding of how to properly execute and complete multiple concurrent projects. KWR continues to maintain between $15M to $20M in concurrent projects under contract for the last several years.
